What Caused Sever Pain Under Shoulder Blade?
I suffer from acid reflux. The symptoms have recently become much worse, causing sore throat and a cough. For the last three days I have also been having a constant severe pain under my right shoulder blade which I am worried about. What could be causing this?

Severe acid reflux can cause pain under the shoulder blade and upper stomach. We have to rule out other causes like muscular pain before making a diagnosis.
As a first line management you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms are severe, consult a physician and get evaluated.
