What Caused The Swelling On My Forehead?

Hi there, I am holiday in the Maldives and i have a slight swelling in the middle of my forehead. It isnt sore or red or irritated but i did get a bit of sunburn to my face yesterday. I had botox around 2 months ago and wondered if this could be related? I am female aged 31
