What Causes AST And LDH Levels To Increase?

Hi I am a 24 yo 6'2" 195lb wf. No allergies, Meds: Loestrin, Women's multivitamin, B Stress complex vitamins, occasional melatonin. I recently had some lab work done in which my AST (37) and LDH (353) were elevated. CBC, Chem 6, TSH, and urinalysis were are normal. I haven't been drinking much at all in the past few weeks, nor do I regularly take acetaminophen or NSAIDS (maximum is 1X/2 weeks). I have been vaccinated for Hepatitis A and B. In the past few weeks I have made some dietary changes (basically eating healthier, more fiber, fruit, etc) and have returned to the gym- otherwise, no lifestyle changes. Prior to my labs, I had been having GI issues for about a year (diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain) but since I started eating better and exercising, I have not had any issues. I was wondering if you might have any idea what could be causing the increase in AST and LDH, as I really have no clear idea. Thanks.
