General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Barrett’s esophagus is a change in the lining of the tube (esophagus) that connects your mouth and stomach.

It is important to eliminate any foods that cause heartburn. I suggest to add dd these and fiber-rich foods to your daily diet:

fresh, frozen, and dried fruit, fresh and frozen vegetables, whole grain bread and pasta, brown rice, fresh and dried herbs. I also recommend avoiding caffeinated drinks or alcohol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
