What Causes Bradycardia, Narcolepsy And Regurgitation?

I have a 18 year old who has been diagnosed with bradycardia. It s not sinus bradycardia. The cardiologist says he doesn t know what s causing it though. He was also diagnosed with narcolepsy. He is athletic. He does have a minor regurgitation. I m concerned. This all came about suddenly. What could have caused this?
