What Causes Diarrhea And Vomiting In A 11 Year Old With Hives On The Body?

My eleven year old daughter had diahrea and vomiting on thursday...on friday had a low grade fever gave her ibuprofen (first time....usually tylenol)...earlyy afternoon. ..later in the evening she developed hives on face and torso. ..gave her benadryl. ..she was fine...today is saturday and has hives all over body....breathing is good etc...l I w grade fever 101.5....gave more benadryl. What is going on? P.S taking her to pediatrician s office in the morning Thank you in advance

Its likely to be internal allergy which is causing these hives.
Its usually self limiting and shoul resolve.
Also Gastro-enteritis if its not associated with blood or mucous in stools and no fever then there seems to be no cause for concern.
