What Causes PVCS And Bradycardia And How Is It Usually Treated?

My 16 year old son was going to have wisdom teeth taken out and doctor saw that he was throwing pvc s and bracardic. Surgery did not happen and has one monitor for 24 hours and thrown during that time. What will pediactric dr. do and or say monday when he is seen?
