Hello and welcome to HCM,
White blood cells (WBCs) in urine are due to infection in the urinary tract.
Less than 5 WBCs/ hpf in urine is a normal fincding.
WBCs more than 5/hpf is an abnormal finding.
Red blood cells in urine are due to trauma to the urinary tract.
However, red blood cells 0-1/hpf does not suggest any serious problem.
Rest of the blood reports are within normal range.
Thanks and take care
