What Causes A Blackout While Standing And Unable To Move?

Hi my husband tells me he had something to happen for the first time today. He says he was walking I side a small garage. His vision from outside to inside everything went black. He was standing but was unable to move. Or talk this lasted for second. He didn t colapse but was shook up. Said something g happen he just do t know what. What could this have been?

Malfunction of the autonomic nervous system due to disorders or drugs

Decreased ability of the heart to pump blood

Decreased blood volume (hypovolemia)

Faulty hormonal responses

Causes differ depending on whether symptoms are new or have been present for some time.

I would suggest you to take him to the doctor. The Doctor first asks questions about the symptoms and medical history. A physical examination will is must. What they find during the history and physical examination often suggests a cause of the blackout and the tests that may need to be done.
