What Causes A Blood Clot In The Arm?
I had surgery on my arm one month later I had an accident and hit my arm I had surgery on ,I have had problems with arm hurting and was getting worse I went to family doctor and said I have a blood clot. went to hospital it was a clot ,is possible from the accident caused the blood clot.

The surgery itself might predispose for clots and also the local trauma. On the other hand it is very rare for veins in the arms to clot so if they happen you might need to do further tests to try to find the reason and rule out other conditions.
