Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... hello , i had a angioplasty 2 years ago approx, and now i have the symptoms of a heel spur it started about 3-4 weeks ago, but , for some unknown reason a bruise has appeared under my inside ankle on my right foot, do u think its related to the angioplasty or the heel spur as have no recollection of injury in the last few weeks .

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The heel spur that you have mentioned is the likely cause of bruising inside your ankle.
Angioplasty is unlikely to the cause of bruising.
However, you can get investigations assessing your platelets and coagulation factors.
Consultation with an orthopedician is also required to know the status of bony spur and possibly the injury caused by it.

Thank and take care
