Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you must be having chronic infection, like
urinary tract infection, or some other sub clinical infection, or there may be,
anemia,or
thyrotoxicosis.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
you may nee to run some tests of blood and urine for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime,
ranitidine,
paracetamol, and
protein supplements, till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery, and to have good resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
