What Causes A Constant Pain In The Right Quadrant Of Belly Area?

Hi - I have a constant pain (started 21 hours ago) in the upper right quadrant of belly area. Pain radiates to my back. It is worst lying down (and worst again while lying on my belly to the right of my body) and becomes very sharpe while breathing in. ??

HI.
Thanks for your query an an elucidate history.

The probable causes of continuous pain in the upper abdomen with reference t the back can be :
Pancreatitis,
Gall bladder stones and infection;

I would advise you the following:
Rush to ER / Nearby hospital,
Urgent investigations:
Blood- CBC, sugar , amylase and lipase ; liver function tests,
Ultrasonography and preferably a CT scan / MRCP to get an appropriate diagnosis and to plan a treatment.
Till then be nil orally.
