What Causes A Fever At Night?

I have being having a fever starting at 3 am my doctors knows about it but jinks it change of lifesaver I m 48 but I m not getting hot any other time this has being going on four weeks now and I cool down with a fan And take some Tylenol I have to watch what I take as I have high pressure and kidney disease

Hi welcome to HCM.
Nocturnal fever in your case has to evaluated through complete panel of blood tests to rule out any infectious etiology.Frequent use of analgesic antipyretics is not advised as it has serious negative impact on kidney function.An ultrasound abdomen can help to rule out abdominal abscess if any.Consult your doctor for further help.
