General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The fishy odor in urine is due to vaginal infection from some sort of bacteria, fungi or virus.
* I recommend to take a urine culture and swab culture of the vaginal discharge for further management guidelines.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
