What Causes A Fullness Sensation In The Bladder Along With Pain During Urination?

I keep feeling like i have a full bladder, but most of the time when I go to the toilet i am only getting a few drops out. When i get a small stream i get a lot of pain at the end of pee where bladder is. And still feels like i have full bladder i am going to toilet maybe 4 times in an hour for the last 3 days.

1. It could be termed as vesical [bladder] tenesmus due to underlying disease of bladder resulting in abnormal sensation(s)
2. The most common causes which has to be excluded early in the diagnosis is/are: cystitis,urethritis, STIs [sexually transmitted disease], prostatitis, bladder cancer/stone,overactive bladder
3. It is wise to consult an Urologist for further examination and investigations since treatments may include medications either to treat nerve related discomfort or used to wash out the bladder to alleviate the symptoms
PS. bladder training exercise,kegel exercise,biofeedback may also be effective.
