What Causes A Hard Lump Causing Pain Under The Arm?

Hi. I have had a sharp pain below left clavicle bone above left breast that radiates to the back and neck and sometimes shoulder and down inside of arm. Noticed a pea size hard area there about 3 weeks ago. If I press on it is intensifies the pain. I have night sweats really bad, no weight loss. I have had a sinus infection for about 2 weeks and finished a zpak Friday. Slowly feeling better from that but pain and lump persist.

I really appreciate your concern, the pain may not be due to the lump but this could be due to some muscular pain may be due to poor posture, lump that you have noticed could be a lymph node and this is nothing to worry, if this goes on increasing in size then this would be matter of concern, try to maintain good posture, for the pain "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care.
