What Causes A Hard Lump On The Arm After Injecting Methamphetamine?

I shot up meth in my left arm i belive a week and half ago but now i can barley move my arm and there is a hard lump on/in my vein and a lump forming where i shot up. What could it be possibly? I m really worried it might be an abscess because i don t know what to do if it is one

Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, hard lump at the injection site narrated suggest most likely changes of cellulitis or abscess development.

* Primary care with ice application, systemic antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medications are a prime concern to be initiated for best possible resolution of the lump and avoid incision and drainage method of surgical intervention when drugs fail to respond.
