What Causes A Hematoma On The Lower Abdomen After A Fall?
I slipped and fell about 3months ago, I was on a tile floor and right foot slipped on some water and extended way in front of me left le went behind me. I had a huge hematoma for the longest time right under my pelvis and I still can feel a knotted area on the back side of my right leg when I sit down. What could be the problem and how do I fix it?

A pelvic fracture should be eliminated with an X ray as it is possible after a fall and may present with such symptoms.If a hematoma without any fracture or an actively bleeding vessel, it will resorb progressively.Just see your Doctor for pain/anti-inflammatory drugs and rest well.
