What Causes A Itchy Red Lump Close To A Wart?

I have a wart which has been treated with cryogenic wart remover. A little later I noticed a small, itchy, red lump near the wart. I thought it would go away but now, 2 days later 2 more developed on the same hand, 2 on that arm, and 1 on the other arm. Are they contagious, and what are they?

Yes they may be contagious. It seems to be an inflammatory response localized to the area. Apply Over the counter Corticosteroid cream on them, 3 times a day. Take claritin by mouth once at night for 5 days.
