What Causes A Large Brown Spot On The Top Of The Foot?
I have a quite large brown spot on the top of my foot, it is not painful, not raised, almost looks like a very large freckle or birth/beauty mark, I am on medication for recent back surgery, also on the bottom of my right toe, another spot? What is this and is it something to be concerned about?

large brown mark on your foot can be due to multiple reason.important are the symptoms.in your case it may be some fungal infection like candidial infection..other causes are the sunburn mark or it may be some cancer like melanoma.squamous or basal cell carcinoma...i will advise you to see a dermatologist to examine you and give you proper diagnosis..thanks
