What Causes A Long Lasting Muscle Twitch In The Right Upper Arm ?
I have a muscle twitch in rt upper arm, has been there for at least one month or longer. It does not seem to be related to anything that I do daily. I don t lift anything heavy, It comes and goes, but I feel it more in the evening when I am watching tv.
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. These are basically called as fasciculations and these are common in middle age group people. This can be due to imbalance in different ions that are present in body like calcium, magnesium. If you experience pain, weakness or stiffness of your upper and lower limbs along with these fasciculations than you should visit your physician to check for Motor neuron disease.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate to ask. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
