What Causes A Lump Under Right Breast And Pain Under Right Arm Pit?

I just turn 50 years old on Sept of this year. I found a lump under my right breast. If I press on the lump I feel a sharp pain my shoulder-blade. It is also very painful under my right arm pit. If I lay on my stomach my nipple hurts. so I have to roll over.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

A lump in the breast region can be worrying to anyone if found. A mammogram , if one has not been done very recently, should be done to take a look at it.

The presence of referred pain to the shoulder and axilla do not necessarily give a clue as to the exact nature of the lump.
It would need to be assessed by physical examination then the imaging as suggested.

I hope this helps
