What Causes A Miscarriage Despite A Healthy Pregnancy?

Hi I had a miscarriage last week but when i went for first scan at 7th week, it shows healthy pregnancy with fetal heart rate 146bpm. But suddenly i started getting pain at 10th week in the early morning and when we went for scan they said its aborted. what might be the causes for miscarriage even when it is a healthy pregnancy and heart beat detected.

Thank you for your question.
Miscarriage is not uncommon at week 7 to 130 of pregnancy
The two different reports within a span of three weeks is the concern
1. was the first scan correctly interpreted. assuming it was correct. it means that the miscarriage was incomplete and there was still a live baby and it was now completed the following 3 weeks from week 7 to with
if it shows not heart beat so you need to consult a gyneacologist to examine you then advices
meanwhile you need to take pain killers and antibiotics both for pain and prevent infection
