What Causes A Noticeable Vein During Erection Post Varicocele Surgery?
I just had varicocele surgery on my left testicle I have noticed when I have an erection there is a vain that I have never felt before it kinda hurts a little. But I don t understand why this vain has popped up after this surgery if it has nothing to do with the penis.

Regarding your experience with a conspicuous vein during erection following a varicocele surgery i am suggesting that this is due to your skin was stretched together during suturing of the wound so when there is erection it becomes prominent
