What Causes A Painful Bump On The Throat And Stomach Discomfort?
When I swallow food or drinks my throat has a cold sensation now it s doing it when I breathe In. At first it felt like I had a weight on my chest and neck and as if there is a lump in my throat. I also burped a lot. Now it s just a cold feeling in the back of my throat, my stomach is uneasy and I have a white thing on my right tonsil which has gone down.

Since you have symptoms of painful bump on the throat with white patches on the tonsils, it can be tonsillitis with infection, oral thrush, infectious mononucleosis, strep throat or throat cancer. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a doctor. Get all blood, imaging tests & biopsy of the tissue done at the earliest. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected & the severity of your symptoms.
