Acetaminophen (
Paracetamol ) if you still need to use an analgesic.

Omeprazole, in most cases is very effective, because it helps decreasing the amount of acid that your stomach produces. So it helps with the symptoms like heartburn.
Also if your symptoms persists, you can try to add to your treatment another type of drug : H2 receptor antagonist. It helps also to decrease the Acid of the stomach.
If you have done a lab test for
helicobacter pylori, and the results came postive, you should add to your treatment, a combination of Antibiotics, like
clarithromycin and
amoxicillin.
You should be careful with your diet too. Try to avoid spicey food, alchool, caffein, carbonated drinks. And try too eat food that are rich in fibers, planty of fruits and vegetable.
