What Causes A Sensitive Lump On The Uvula At The Back Of The Throat?

hi i am 31 year old female, last year i had a cholecystectomy after which i have developed gerd and diarrhea. Also i have allergies just dust allergies i guess. My question is when i yawn, the uvula goes up, i can see a bony bump which is very hard and is sensitive to touch, back of my throat. what can it be ?

At that level there are the first 2 cervical vertebs, Atlas and Axis. Probably you are looking those in that area. It is normal.
