What Causes A Small Black Dot Under My Tongue With Mild Pain In A Very Light Careful Smoker?
I have a very small black dot under my tongue. On a scale of pain 1-10 it's a 1. What does that mean? (FYI I am a smoker, I'm 18 and I've been smoking for almost a year. I only have one cig a day and I'm using a tar guard (tar/nicotine filter) some say that smoking causes it but since I'm a new and a very light carful smoker I'm still not sure?
