What Causes A Small Dark Spot At The Bottom Of A Tooth?
Im in the process of getting braces for my teeth. Today I went in for my final xrays, the tech pointed out a small dark spot at the bottom of one of my teeth on the xray sheet...she said I should not worry, but I am since I take extra care of my teeth. :-/

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the small dark spot on the radiograph could be normal marrow space or mental foramen or any anatomical variation or it could be any pathology. consult a oral physician and get it ruled out. if any pathology is there then we can treat accordingly. nothing to worry. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
