What Causes A Small Hole In The Intestine Along With Diverticulitis?
i don t have a million dollars for you to charge me.. I been by my own doctors that since my family has stomach issues I may have them also ... diverticulitus is one ibs is the other small hole in my intentins what can I do for a slimmer me and better diet?

Diverticulitis can in some cases perforate and cause related symptoms. If you have any abdominal pain, you will need to see your doctor.
As for diet, you will need plenty of fiber with the diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, avoid junk food, drink plenty of water.
