General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some extravasation of blood in surrounding area producing hematoma.
If size is increasing then apply some pressure bandage over the part.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a days for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
