i have a small dark lump or bump on my upper arm and it burns and hurts at night i have no clue where it came from its not getting bigger but just has it days when it hurts real bad so bad it keeps me up at night i can feel like a small lump put there s no place for a head to from so im just lost for answers a

hi...
painful enlarging lump must be examined physicaly by doctor...
if possible have X RAY and FNAC or BIOPSY examination..it will confirm diagnosis about swelling.. and there by help in specific treatment.
