What Causes A Soft Lump On The Shin After An Injury?
I have a quarter size soft lump on my shin long after I fell and bumped it. Everything is healed, no pain. But this soft bump remains. I can actually push on it and rub in away but it gradually comes back after several minutes. Could it be bone edema that is just healing?

It could be a intermuscular or subcutanious hematoma due to the injury. Sometimes the hematoma has deeper communication. This makes it collapsible and takes a long time to refill.
