I have two dermal piercings on my back and one is swollen on the bottom of it. It doesn t look any different except for the skin pushing the bottom of it up. I have had the piercing for three years, I have noticed this happen before but I don t think it was as prominent.
I have gone through your query and it could be a developing keloid. I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected area under the premium section of the site so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
