What Causes A Vibration Sensation In Lower Abdomen?
Hello Dr Andrew, i am concerned and perturbed. I have this movement in lower left of the stomach. I have had these movements for sometime but not as extreme as they are now. Few months ago they would occur just for a while. But now its ongoing. Last night it all started with pain in my lower back and the movements, vibration like movements have happening since then. What could this be? Am not pregnant. Can it be worms? Big worms? Help me. I find it funny and scary at the same time.

I really appreciate your concern, hyper peristalsis may be the reason of this symptoms and some time it may be due to some infection too, and functional too and this can be managed tentatively chances of worm could be very less likely "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for five days hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
