What Causes A Watery Eyes In A Infant?

my 3 yr old has her left eye always watery.... she had both the eyes watery during her birth her pediatric said it is a tear duct problem and it will be normal while the time passes , after an year her right eye became normal but her left eye is always watery ... what is the solution for this?

Hi,
From history it seems that she might be having blockage of naso-lacrimal duct on left side giving this problem.
Put some antibiotic eye drops for few days, if there is no improvement then consult ophthalmologist and get examined.
Opening of duct might require.
Ok and take care.
