Hello, You are having a white spot on the head of the penis and is visible when the foreskin is pulled down. Commonly such symptoms are of pearly penile papules. It is harmless. However, take care of your hygiene and clean the private parts with anti bacterial soap. Sometime, penis foreskin cracks during sex, peeling skin and may cause dots and spots. Do not touch, squeeze or scratch. Avoid any sexual activity for a couple of days while you are being treated. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a urologist, sometimes it can be indicative of genital warts, HPV, etc. Get STD tests done. If report is positive you will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics. You can apply topically Pimafucort Cream on the area affected for relief.
