What Causes Abdomen Pain In A Person Suffering With Type I Diabetes?
Dear sir Some times pancreatitis might cause diabetes to appear totally insulin dependent or it might even increase the secretion of insulin. First and foremost you need to rule out intraabdominal abnormalities which cause abdominal pain, some times referred pain to back. Secondly you need to rule out gall and kidney stones which cause abdominal pain and back pain, increases on extension. For all these you need to get ultrasound abdomen and kidney, ureter and bladder for further course of treatment. Last but not the least you need to control hyperacidity by using proton pump inhibitors if you have no contraindications. thanks
