What Causes Abdominal Bloating After A Medical Abortion?

I had a month old pregnancy and I did a medical abortion three weeks ago whenever I eat my stomach becomes big and reduces when have not taken anything I also itch my stomach when it comes time to sleep I have no signs of pregnancy since then, what might be the cause?

Hi, I think you can be having some gastritis. Take some antacids like pantoprazole empty stomach. Also get a ultrasound to see if there is any retained products of pregnancy. If there is any retained products of pregnancy, it may require a surgical evacuation.
