Abdominal bloating after meal may be caused by many medical conditions.Some possible causes may include:
-Indigestion(
dyspepsia)
-Gas and flatulence
-Lactose intolerance
-Acid reflux
-Constipation
-H pylori infection
-Inflammatory bowel diseases
-IBS
-Abdominal masses
-Just to name a few
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigation.Test like a full blood count, stool exam/culture,H pylori test,
endoscopy, abdominal
CT scan and others may be needed to know the exact cause.
From the results, your Doctor may discuss treatment options.In the meantime, i will suggest you try the following:
-Eat healthy and balanced and add fiber to your diet
-Take enough fluids
-Take enough fruits like soft pawpaw and avoid fruits like bananas that may instead constipate you
-Eat in small quantities and more frequently
-Avoid eating and lying immediately
-Regular physical exercises
