What Causes Abdominal Bloating After Having Food?

After eating anYthing but salad I began to have my stomach swell up, then within the next few hours it progresses to a sharp pain in my right side about belt high, then will travel to my left side, then the midsection. After that I will get pains in my center mass, on to my abodomen then serious heartburn and a headache, with a general crappy feeling for hours. It s been going for a few months and progressively getting worse, sometimes with accompanying chest pains and under my arms.
