What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Dizziness?

Hi, I ve been experiencing bloating with the feeling of like a numb tightness in my lower stomach. last week I had discharge which seemed thicker than usual and is gone now. I have been also feeling a bit lightheaded at times. I have the implant in so don t think it could be pregnancy and can t detect due to periods being irregular also back in February I had done a few pregnancy tests which have come out negative. do you have any information on what it may be?
