What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Headaches And Nausea?

I went to a siminar Friday night. They had like 40 large pizzas delivered so who knows how long they had sat in those boxes. Anyway I ate about 6pm. I threw up a ton at around midnight. After that I was cold, weak and achy but didn t have a fever. I didn t throw up any more but I have continued to have watery diaria. I am drinking plenty of water and I am urinating ok. I haven t felt cold or really very achy today but I have continued to have headaches, nausia and some numbness and tingling in my arms and hands. I also started having bloating and vaginal bleeding even tho I had my regular period 2 weeks ago. In the last hour or two my temperature has started edging up. It is currently 99.5 but was a consistent 98.7 yesterday.

Hello,

You might be having gastritis or acid peptic disease. You need to follow some lifestyle tips-
1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medications for gastritis.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, a small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, a small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise. At least half an hour per day
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days.
