What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Low Energy Levels?

I have extreme bloating in my stomach My stomach is very hard and I can only eat small portions of food. Normally I yogurt in morning a then small dinner - if I eat lunch I feel terrible rest of day. I have very low energy level. Doses of various anti biotics have relived boating and pain for varying periods of time (sometime 2 belt buckle sizes)but then it slowly comes back.

I really appreciate your concern, such intestinal symptoms may be due to protozoa infection and it can be given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days some time may need stool examination hope this information helps.
