What Causes Abdominal Bloating Along With Nausea?

I am having severe stomach bloating, noises, nausea, for the last 3 weeks. and i was standing up, pulling my workout pants off and something internal , on my left side, deep, twisted and it was pressure and sticking out. i stood up and pushed on the long bump. it flipped back and went down. no sharppain , only pressure. what could this be? i have had a c section 28 years ago. no problems like this before

I had gone through your complaints and understood your concerns. Abdominal bloating with nausea is seen in many conditions. As per your presenting complaints, the cause which I suspect is gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). This is the most common cause of abdominal bloating with nausea. We can confirm this by symptoms itself as it flipped back and went down. As you had c section 28 years back, it is no way concerned with the present situation.
Other causes can be giardiasis (an infection from an intestinal parasite) constipation irritable bowel syndrome lactose intolerance overeating Celiac disease.

These can be confirmed by an investigation which is exclusively meant for gastrointestinal tract i.e ENDOSCOPY. In case of GERD as i suspected in your case, the treatment is
1. Antacids that neutralize stomach acid (Mylanta)
2. Medications to reduce acid production (Famotidine).
