HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
Decreased urination can be due to different causes including
dehydration.
If you are noting a decrease in urination even though you are drinking enough fluids for the heat, then you may need to be assessed by your doctor.
Kidney function would be assessed by blood tests (
creatinine and BUN), as well as urine tests.
Bloating may not be related to kidney disease, it is usually related to the gastrointestinal tract.
It can be due to : (A) constipation
(B)reflux
(C)use of gas producing foods such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, beans , turnips, carbonated drinks, prunes
(D)food intolerance
(E)lactose intolerance
(F)irritable bowel syndrome
(G)side effect of medication
If you use the foods mentioned or there is a history of constipation or reflux, one of these may be the cause.
If this is not the case, one of the other causes would need to be considered.
I hope this helps
