What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Dry Cough?

I am experiencing fullness and bloating without any pain. I have had a deep dry coach with a clear chest xray. I was put on allegra for allergies which I have never had. I take no medications and have had a pain free and symptom free 63 year. Never have headaches. I have been extremely healthy. I am a great weight and on the MD tenatia scale I am in the green zone on all accounts. Viscriol fat is 7 and BMI is 26.7. I have coughed so hard for 2 months could I have strained something to cause bloating and firmness in belly area with no pain, plus I have been lifting grandchildren from 8lbs to 40lbs for several month. Never worked my core this munch in my lifetime

can take second opinion about allergy control your cough. can consult pulmunologist take benadryl cough syrup. consult dietician and gym expert for controll of body weight and proper bmi.
