What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Excessive Burping?
So my husband over the last few weeks has had a lot of gas and burping with nausea. He has been going to bathroom more than usual and it s soft sometimes watery. Sometimes nausea is subtle and other times more than subtle. He has no localized pain or fever. Still has appetite. He hasn t lost weight. He works in a welding shop as a welder under very hot conditions at times. He had gas the other morning and accidentally went to the bathroom on himself and it was watery. Can dehydration be a cause? Gallbladder?
Hello Dear. Your husband is having gastritis. Here are some tips for him
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications without fail- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
