What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?

I ve had a change in bowel habits over the past week and a half. Soft, tiny, pencil thin stools. Lots of gas and pressure and bouts of nausea. Do I need to see my doctor or would taking something like Miralax help to clear out the system and reset?

Take tab cipro in bd along with tab buscopan in bd also tó investgate tó rule out protozoa and take tab metranidazole in bd
